I left my country 35 years ago and it hasn't either, the same thing could be said about any country other than India and Africa are going to see growth population wise. 23 countries are going to lose 50% of their population by 2100 due to old age in a system that relies on growth. Italy started before everybody else. The older people could have their house paid off, a garden, friends, grandkids etc, poverty just because of a lack of spare money doesn't necessarily make you poor. * China is going to lose 5-600 million over the next 80 years

  2. I'm not sure why lol and I don't think it's the most severe, unless you mean in numbers. Comparatively it will be the same, 50% of the population by then. China has a fertility rate above some European countries that are also going to lose 50%, some are going to lose 25% in the next three decades.. @WendaoZhao

  3.  @stephenmani8495  Where did I use figures for me to be wrong and did you upvote your own incorrect comment? India's population will continue to rise as it's not just fertility rate, people living longer, it is also deaths. The growth rate 0.98 per thousand people being larger than the death rate 0.74 per 1000 will mean until that changes India will see growth, along with Africa.
