It is quite scary that a government employee thinks they can assault someone within two seconds and keep up that attack with a taser and pepper spray, before talking to anybody.

@NinoNation There is no right of law for a government employee to be able to abuse you, especially when they do not know if there is a crime. He did not see one committed and acted like there already had been a crime, when it was him that committed the crime initially. Running doesn't give the employee the right to abuse him.

@bigbird4481 Let me put it another way, a builder was called and before he starts talking to anybody starts demolishing and hammering away, do you think that is a good way to conduct business? Do you think he should hammer anything before finding out the problem?

@bigbird4481 "Needed" is an assumption, he could have found out the issue by leaving him alone and talking to the other person. You don't detain, assault people until you find out the crime, you find out the crime and then detain etc people.

@bigbird4481 When you don't know if a crime has been committed it is abuse of the person and the position of being a government employee.

@DMac1986 He could ask the other person standing right there what the problem is. You don't hold people and then find out the crime, you find if there was a crime and then hold them. Running away because somebody might be autistic is not a crime. the officer could calm down and not chase or assault somebody before knowing if it's more than a fight between relations.

@bigbird4481 Yes, agitated does not of course mean taser and spray in your own home, a government employee thinking he should do that before talking to the person that he was closest to and assuming a crime instead of seeing one is not a correct procedure of the law. If no crime has been reported or seen, and he assumes a threat, again ask the owner, or person, as soon as that person stopped and turned, you could see it was because of the officer yelling I'll tase you before knowing anything or trying to find anyhting out like, "is there anybody in the house" or "What's wrong" I understand if there was only the two of them but the lady was even asking who called you, she didn't think there was a problem then and he overblew it, big time. imo. He acted like a bull to a flag imo on could have done thing way different before an employee tases somebody just because they turned and went the other way. Follow, but tase and spray before asking, that's just not right.
