@bigbird4481 Yes, agitated does not of course mean taser and spray in your own home, a government employee thinking he should do that before talking to the person that he was closest to and assuming a crime instead of seeing one is not a correct procedure of the law. If no crime has been reported or seen, and he assumes a threat, again ask the owner, or person, as soon as that person stopped and turned, you could see it was because of the officer yelling I'll tase you before knowing anything or trying to find anyhting out like, "is there anybody in the house" or "What's wrong" I understand if there was only the two of them but the lady was even asking who called you, she didn't think there was a problem then and he overblew it, big time. imo. He acted like a bull to a flag imo on could have done thing way different before an employee tases somebody just because they turned and went the other way. Follow, but tase and spray before asking, that's just not right.
