Willingness to defend your country is not related to liberalism. On the contrary it is pro-Kremlin folks who are the biggest opponents of military spending as if preparing the region for new Russian occupation. These people are far right conservatives, not liberals.

@TheArctofireHD It may come as a shock to you but you're the problem. The West is so successful because it is more liberal than the rest of the world. Eastern Europe has been too conservative historically which lead to the region lagging behind in development. It is essential for Eastern Europe to learn English, travel and evolve culturally. That's why we joined the EU and it is now our fate. Most of your policies are totally wrong. 21th century is about the West cooperating closely and cultures coming closer. Conservatism = backwardness. Most conservative countries are also very backward - Afghanistan, Iran, Russia. That's not the club we want to learn from. Most conservatives in the West don't seem to realize they are the problem.

@TheTeodorsoldierabvb I'm absolutely certain Bulgarians like you would cheer Russian army invading Bulgaria and would welcome "liberation" from NATO / EU as it's the only way these people can ever get into power. They wouldn't hesitate to sabotage defense of the country. These people exist in every Eastern EU country and tend to vote for left/right wing extremists.

@Bianca268 The UK is still the best choice for highly skilled workers in Europe due to opportunities. Small 5-10mil countries in the EU have very few opportunities. Once you reach high seniority the job market is very small. In the UK you have much more opportunities but you will have to compete with 50-100 candidates for a single place. I'm currently in the process of moving to the UK.
