  1. My opinion is Eastern EU countries should give all their Russian equipment to Ukraine and receive partial replacements from Western EU. The rest will be replenished gradually. This is the best way as Ukraine will have spare parts from damaged or broken equipment. If Leo 2s are given to Ukraine then Russia will eventually destroy them anyway as it will be much harder to repair them in field. Artillery is a different matter as Soviet shell production in Eastern EU is very limited. Ukraine needs both Soviet and Western artillery for that reason.
