  1. He is the modern-day Tzar, Ivan the terrible, who assented from an unemployed spy to the despot of Russia. He is the quintessence of the lack of impulse control & frequent occurrence of fits of rage. His personality characteristics are impulsive, impetuous, egotistic or egocentric & so extremely narcissistic. This egregious temperament & aberrant disposition of Vladimir Putin arguably fueled him to the invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24th., 2022.
