  1. An utter despotic tyrant, Vladimir Putin ( 1952- , 71yo as of May of 2023 ) seems to be characterized by being a headstrong, capricious, & ruthless autocrat. So he'd act w/ his instinctive impetuous impulses instead of ruminating on the matters. Without any qualms at all, he'd stop at nothing to maintain his position of absolute power of that despotic tyrannies. Not hyperbolical to state he'd be the quintessence of one of the most egregious & deplorable as well as egocentric & narcissistic individual of the outstanding proportions. My sincere heartfelt sympathy & empathy for Ukrainian people! Glory to the Ukraine in the not-too-distant future! I wonder if anyone else feels the same.   2. In a nutshell, Vladimir Putin may seem to be characterized a headstrong, capricious, impetuous, & ruthless despotic tyrant. Instead of ruminating on the matter, he'd have a propensity to act on his instinctive impulses. And he'd stop at nothing to retain his position of absolute power as the despotic tyrannies. With no qualms at all, he'd be the 21 century's Joseph Stalin. Ukraine naturally must have the burning desire for revenge. Lastly, my heartfelt sincere sympathy & empathy to the Ukrainians who have been suffering the unbearable inhumanity & indignities of massacre & plunder of an outstanding proportions. Glory for the Ukraine over the Russia in the not-too-distant future!. (06/04/23)
