  1. When Ms. Cho, S. Korean film maker, obtained a German passport, she was finally granted the permission to visit N. Korea. ( Btw, she was asked to make the doc. about N. Korea by her German friend & film maker.) After having visited there not just 1 or 2 times but as many as 6 times, she had finally created this doc. regarding N. Korean civilian life. She was invited to Japan to render the seminar about this doc. & lectured them how average people live there, Cause this is unavailable on Youtube in Japan, & so shown only on college campuses. All in all, it is fair to say that this doc. depicted the current average or above average people's life more or less accurately. Enjoyed, admired & appreciated it a lot & much obliged to Ms. Cho, Sung-Hung. My highest commendation & kudos to her. From the USA. (01/02/22)

  2. Ms. Cho, a S. Korean filmmaker, was asked to make a documentary about N. Korea by a German film maker. First she was rejected but finally accepted to the N. Korea after obtained the Germany citizenship, & she visited not just once or twice but 6 times to produce this doc.. Having grown up in Pusan, S. Korea, she was brainwashed in school & the society that her neighbors were the devils. That misconception on the neighbors was crashed & obliterated at her first visit, she stated. The essence of this doc. is to make everyone realize how ordinary the N. Korean people are wishing Peace not War( not much different from the people of all the other countries). In Japan this film was shown in the theaters on college campuses not on Youtube( I watched the Japanese news on this matter). (11/07/21)

  3. At 25:38, how kind & hospitable of that lady stating " We have to cook more rice for the film crew." It just shows how thoughtful & considerate she is . After all, this long doc. proves that those ordinary people of N. Korea are no different from the rest of people in the world. But sadly so many doc concerning N. Korea are negative ones in particular, made by some Western countries except this one. Thanks for this valuable N. Korean documentary in regard with its average people. (11/15/21)

  4.  @happykiwi  I' don't know why but the Japanese news simply stated it was not shown on Youtube in Japan. I moved to the USA decades ago but watch Japanese news on occasion since that is my native tongue. Thanks for inquiring though. The doc. just reveals us nothing but to discern & perceive how undiscovered & intriguing our world we reside is!!   6. Even Vladimir Putin could learn something about LOVE from these nuns, namely, Love not War!!?? I'm so pleasantly amazed to get to know the existence of these rare humans with pure, pristine & unspoiled mind. If the world leaders all think this way, there would be less conflict, confrontation & thus less war in the world.!? Anyone agree or disagree w/ me?? (04/23/22)

Caroline Riegel who is a globe-filmmaker from France filmed this unique, intriguing, & priceless trek (4 long mo.through India) taken by those isolated Buddhist nuns who were truly pure, innocent, unspoiled & pristine. This doc. seems to make us feel how intrigued & undiscovered our world is depending on the different parts of the of world. I can't help appreciating for this captivating & fascinating documentary on Youtube by wocomoHumanity. Thank you. (11/17/21)

  9. This rare & singular human doc. simply shows us how enigmatic & intriguing our planet still is, depending on the regions. Thanks to Caroline, now we do know the existence of such a group of unspoiled, pure & pristine people in the Himalayas mountainous regions in the Tibet. If the world leaders think & behave a bit like them, then this world would be more peaceful & pleasant place to live with less conflict, confrontation, & thus infrequent wars?!. But the harsh reality is quite different !!!,,,,,,Only if the Vladimir Putin's disposition & demeanor are to be somewhat similar to them, then our world would drastically change for much better!?.   12. As foe the issue of the reunification, it is sensible to think that it is highly implausible to happen in terms of peaceful way. The one of major factor for that is the interference by the world's major powerful countries such as the US, Russia & China. The matter regarding the reunification is too complicated & complex to discuss here. Thus I just simply conclude that regrettably & unfortunately it won't take place in the near future.
