@Mika-ph6ku aint nobody affording that kind of drones to be effective enough to replace good ol infantry.
actual suppression is meant to be so accurate, furious and volumes that the enemy is pinned, head down, behind cover or seeking it for his life. The fire is so close that if he or his buddies aren’t being hit, that if they do move, it would expose them and they’d be hit.
suppression of a well trained and equipped enemy is hard to achieve, requiring rounds to be within a meter or so and happening regularly. the cost of that is enormous and rarely happens. bullets are expensive not because they are not cheap to make but because the storage space is limited, supply can run out at any moment.
enemy is russia who can afford firing long range missiles to logistics. doesnt need to fire at ur position directly, they just need to hit the supply and u going to give up without ammo , weapons, food, water.
i have one year of service in mongolian internal troops. i know one or two thing about self sustainable warfare more than keyboard warriors.
in few words go back to watching cartoons because u have no idea what u talking about.
