  1.  @张凡-o6j  it does. u provide "illusion" of financial aid and pretend u are supporting their culture while forcing ur language in vital areas. thats what british, russian, french empire did. with languages comes culture. there is little difference between chinese, inner mongolian. huge difference between mongolians and chinese. bayn ovoo mining district produces 80% of the worlds rare earth elements yet inner mongolia is still not richest province of china and its poorer than ulaanbaatar in terms of gdp per capita. if inner mongolia was not colony its gdp per capita would be comparable to coastal provinces and de facto language would be mongolian by now.
