  1. They keep using words like "comfort" and "soothe"... like what are Americans overgrown toddlers having a temper tantrum and need Grandpa Joe to pat them on the head and give them a lollipop? That's the implication to me and it's gross and insulting. Although they're probably not wrong tbh alot of adults do act like overgrown toddlers these days 😞
