I also work on construction sites and oil pipelines (which have a bad reputation in some people's minds) and I've never seen men acting like that. I've seen one instance several years ago where a friend of a friend was drunk at a party and shoved his girlfriend and multiple guys got between them and said "woah woah calm down that's not cool"

  22. It's important to keep in mind that there's overlap on the tail ends of the IQ distribution between ethnic groups. It's not like every single black person is dumber than every single white person. We should still judge people on their individual merits. But if different groups have different mean IQs then we'd also conclude that disparities in economic success are not necessarily evidence of systemic discrimination or disadvantages.
