  1. Listen to Aaron Clarey or Terrence Pop's shows. They have some series where listeners write in about their divorce court or shitty marriage experience. It's fucking grim man. 40~50% of modern marriages end in divorce and out of the 50~60% that stay together probably half of those are miserable "stay together for the kids but we hate each other and never have sex" situations 😳

  2. Good job losing weight. I don't recommend this but personally in my late teens / early 20's I started drinking and doing lots of drugs. Found it was easy to fool around with girls I genuinely had a low opinion and didn't care about. To my shock the more rude and outrageous I was, the easier it was. I'd literally drink a bunch of liquor before going out and say "let's roll the dice and see how much of an asshole I can be tonight." and got a double digit body count that way 😳 And the fucked up thing is, if I did meet a girl I liked then say the next morning offered to take them out on a date and get to know them better they'd almost be... disappointed... and ghost me. Like "he's not the sociopathic bad boy I thought he was". It's pretty black pilling tbh. I stopped all that nonsense years ago, quit drinking and have been living the volcel lifestyle (that's what I tell myself anyway) for a few years

  4.  @insantic2197 working out can improve looks a little bit but if you're born with an ugly face there's not much you can do about it short of plastic surgery
