  1. People need to consider a few things: 1. South Korea is a fairly isolated nation, with a small percentage of world travelers. 2. South Korea has few visitors from China compared to Italy, Spain, France or the United States. 3. South Korea’s cities are very separated. 4. S. Korea’d population is culturally very compliant with central government’s directives. They live in a war state. 5. South Korea is relatively small and isolated on all sides. It’s easier to contain islands. These reasons also apply to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mostly Singapore as well. They do not apply to large, populated and open countries.

  2. Joomee Stephanie Kyler Completely not true? Absolutely it’s true! Stop trolling! This has NOTHING to do with trains or any transportation. It has to do with demographics and how much people mix. It’s all comparative and S. Korea, in comparison, is exactly as I’ve described it. How do you say it’s not true, but then agree they get less Chinese tourists?! Just stop.
