  9.  @a5cent Except sending our troops to Ukraine doesn’t mean any direct military action against Russia. They can do training, equipment repairs, logistics, defense, etc. In that instance if Russia did attack them or the US directly, it would be an attack on a member state.

  13. @ An attack on one is an attack on all. If American troops are attacked by a random country the US is not engaging directly, it’s 100% legal grounds for Article 5. It’s EXACTLY what it was written for.
