@viscountpalmerston Except they really aren’t. Their current offensive is completely dead because they can’t get reserves, weapons or supplies to the front and they’re losing their Mediterranean fleet (with Crimea).

@notwhoyouthink666 That 18% figure includes all gains since 2014. So in 10 years of war, trying to annex all of Ukraine they’ve been able to get 18% and most of that is still VERY contested as all of that area is within Ukraine’s ability to strike.

@casper6014 Are you on some drugs? Putin has been trying to take over Ukraine ever since Maidan because he lost control of its President. He was doing it in sections in order to avoid a greater war that Russia was even less prepared for 10 years ago. Meanwhile, he switched a huge portion of the budget toward military manufacturing in order to build up reserves. This has been one single conflict and those who have been watching know that very well.
