So a police officer (a first responder) who assumes a person is drunk when incapacitated and does not attempt to render aid doesn’t frustrate you? The had NO idea if she was drunk, had a stroke or seizure, or was suffering a whole range of other emergencies. They never asked her if she was okay or even called for an ambulance, did not attempt to rapidly get to her or anything.

@neilsiebenthal9254 Weed doesn’t only make you happy. It also incapacitates you. It’s a depressant. It’s literally just as bad as alcohol when driving, maybe worse.

@neilsiebenthal9254 Marijuana affects different people differently. Also, different strains of the plant create different effects. Marijuana is a depressant drug. Whether that makes you content or not is irrelevant. Go do some research or at least learn how to read.

@VioletJoy It’s not an issue of interference with their test. They ASSUMED she was drunk when she was passed out in the car. You don’t ASSUME! You call an ambulance/fire department, and you extricate her. You can do your tests once you have some probable cause to do so. They didn’t smell alcohol outside the car, with no windows down, I know that for sure.

@VioletJoy You’re completely ignorant on what the police are trained for and how well they are trained. Officers routinely do things against training and departmental policy, and even state law as well. This is a good example of exactly that. Next time, instead of yapping, stop at, “I don’t know”.
