  3. Naz Actually, it makes a lot of sense, if you know even. a little history and politics. Since everyone who mattered withdrew from the accords and won’t negotiate on equal footing, Iran is trying to create a conflict, which the others will want to de-escalate. For that, they will ask to sit down and talk. That’s a path into new negotiations and to lower the sanctions again. Otherwise, what would bring the US and UK to the table? If they have nothing vested, they don’t care.
