  4.  @m00dy7  The A340 is a derivative of the A300 (as are the A310 and A330). They are wide body jets with economy seating in a 2-4-2 configuration, normally. The A320 family (A318, A319, A320 and A321) are narrow body airliners with a 3-3 layout.
