First off, it isn’t discriminatory. You need to first know definitions of words before using then. Second, he never said everyone in WV is that way. Third, your Nazi ass may not like freedom of press, but hey, it exists anyway.

@3PacBack Of course they can. Delivery services do it all the time! I welcome you to produce the law that bans it!

He is, and yeah, he’s a pathetic human being for that, but still, he has a legal right to be his pathetic self.
1
@mhinz80 He’s not talking about his right. He’s talking about his character and intent. You can be in full legal right, but be an absolute shithole of a person.

No, leaving a package somewhere isn’t illegal and isn’t entrapment. It is a choice of someone else whether to take possession of it or not. No one is asking or telling them to do it. It is a “sting” operation.
1
@elih9700 You’re a clueless idiot. 🤷♂️ “Entrapment is an affirmative legal defense. In the most basic sense, it occurs when a government official, such as a police officer, uses threats, fraud, or harassment to induce or coerce someone to commit a crime they wouldn't ordinarily commit.” No fraud, threat or harassment in leaving a box, and if the typical drug delivery method is by leaving such a box, then it’s something they do regularly anyway. It is 100% lawful.

@Alex_1995 You’re an UNEDUCATED TOOL! I’ve already quoted the legal definition of “entrapment.” Go get an education!

@elih9700 They’re not inventing ANYTHING! It gets you evidence of what’s done daily! This is a house… this guy’s relatives are drug distributors! It’s a sting operation! You can’t fucking imagine how much intel and investigative work goes into doing something like that! It has to stand up in court afterwards! NOTHING here has ANYTHING to do with the Constitution (which you’ve obviously never read). The man in the vide didn’t have anything to do with the house that the package was left in front of. Did you not watch the video? He doesn’t live there!
1
@elih9700 They falsely arrested him and pulled him over without cause because they lost sight of the package, thus having no clue of whether he took it or not. Had they followed procedure and verified if the package was taken or still there, everything would have been done correctly. I am not saying they did nothing wrong here. I am saying that it was not entrapment. You gus can’t seem to get that the world isn’t the movies, that everything isn’t just black/white. Someone can do one thing wrong and one thing right, at the sane time. Notice, they’re not being accused of entrapment and no one is saying that the residents of that house aren’t drug dealers. No has said that.

@3PacBack Again, provide the law, moron!

Qualified immunity doesn’t protect the officer here. It only protects if the officer was following the law and police procedure. He was not.

Can you stop being the source of these stories?
1
@brianhanrahan7561 Recording devices may be banned from courtrooms. The law has upheld that.

He never said all of you. There are a few exceptions.

She’s not a DA.

Then you’ll be singing that song in prison, while he gets your house.
1
And you must be from West Virginia, thinking that’s a race.

It wasn’t an Amazon or mail package they left. It was a surveilled residence of a drug distributor. They left a package just like the ones the dealer keeps getting from the supplier. Otherwise it would never do anything in court.
