  22.  @freespeech9756  Cuff and separate isn’t an arrest. Of course if you were a cop or a lawyer, or just knew a bit of law, you’d already have known that. Cuffing is done for safety of everyone. An arrest is a legal action depriving a person of freedom of movement and action. It can only be done in a lawful manner.
