@Kyo-wj7df Here’s the thing… ALL witnesses are prepped by the lawyers. All of them. There is s tremendous amount of a ting that goes on at the witness stand with people who aren’t experts. Emotion, unless you’re the victim, only goes to undermine the statement you’re making. Speak to the facts. Speak to what you’ve seen (witnessed). Answer the questions. That way the jury or the judge can make an accurate assessment of what happened. As it is, this guy only proved that he’s a GIANT moocher and a drug buddy, nothing else. This testimony doesn’t help anyone.

@UNDERTAKERULEZ102 I live the hot shot life of a trial attorney and understand a bit about how juries see things. A credible witness is not indebted to the subject of the testimony. Given that he lives in Depp’s house for free, and has received over $100,000 from him in gifts, there is no chance he would be honest about witnessing Depp’s improper behavior, or at least no chance of him testifying about it. That makes him unreliable. The fact that he’s a habitual drug user makes him unreliable simply because being under the influence inhibits your recollection and even take on the events at the time. All those things do, FACTUALLY, make a bad witness in court, whether you like it or not. To be fully honest, I don’t really care whether you like it or don’t. I’m simply stating facts. You can go on being ignorant, if you choose to.
