  44. @cannibalcupcake333 First of all the supreme court did not re-enstate the attorneys just to be removed correctly. They also stated that they didn't think that Gull had enough to remove them go and listen to what they ask and how they respond to the answers. How you've come to that when they haven't given their reason yet. Race crime Whoever said this was a race crime? They said it was a Religious sacrifice done by 'national extremists' that branches out to a heck of a lot you know. Racism, ideology, Religious heck even clothing just look at the past! Have you heard the Pete Westfall interview? He talks about how they fell out because Brad Holder went to church 🤦. Why Allen and not Logan? Logan if you go and look up what actually happened with RL yes he lied about his alibi and yes he was suspect. But he was also on CCTV at 4 PM heavily intoxicated at a pizza bar out of town (where he was and before buying fish). He was out of town from when he said we know this because of CCTV. People get it twisted because of lying about his alibi. Allen Richard Allen placed himself at the crime scene and in clothes that match the description of the only person they have told us about that's a suspect. We don't have every witness statement nor did we have the 3 girls and two adults ID Mr Allen. The bullet they have? That was found weeks later by people going to search the crimes scene for clues. Multiple people messed with it and could have just taken it in. Not even mentioning the science is bogus in that. Unspent round really? McLealand McLealand admitted in past cases he's sabotaged the defense to try and win the case. McLealand looks like he's not only doing that but trying to get disbarred. You know the Lawyers that have worked on this case and observing are now thinking Weisterman's trial might just be the nail in his coffin! He has evidence that's under seal and not related to the murders, that's nothing to do with this case, he has no right to that. He's claiming that BR AB broke the gag order that wasn't in place at the time. Rule is if one team put something public the other team get to counter it gag order or not, McLealand and LE have stated multiple stuff the defense has just disputed it that's not a violation. Defense diary's literally explain that in full and get up all the rules and and process of ever step. The man has no case I won't even go into Leggit and the conservation officer do some research they've done this before.
