@tammyirwin703 discovery has to exist otherwise the evidence could have been pulled out of thin air. Rather than watching a channel that has already convicted the perp go and read the actual documents. This channel is reporting that they want the knife sheith DNA scrapped but that's not true they want the methodology on how they came to the reason it was kohbergers the fact of the matter is the judge has warned prosecution multiple times now to give over full discovery yet the defence are still having to request stuff

@tammyirwin703 If it doesn't exist or hasn't come back from the lab how can the Prosecutor use it as evidence? From day one I said he was in that area getting drugs there was also a marine in the area that confessed to murdering 'college kids' and kidnapped his roommates that resulted in his death! Look at the CCTV it's an older Elantra not kohbergers. Quit just like Jennifer Coughendopher speculating too support the prosecutor when we should all just be ears at the trial to discover the truth not all the crappy tactics the prosecuting team is playing!
