In order to use 3rd party guilt you have to build a nexus otherwise I could just out right accuse you. The two officers they used didn't find any evidence to prove their case and were forced to retire because they falsified evidence, tampered with witness statements and made up horrendous crimes that never happened and charged people. 3rd party guilt requires the same burden as the prosecution. The prosecution has; + a bullet that matches his gun +3 jackets the victims saw + a statement off him placing him self in and around their timeliness +he admits to seeing 3 key witnesses and on the spit another key witness saw the man from the video. +his description that day matches the man from the video who was their suspect from day 2. +his vehicle is on cctv arriving at the crime scene at the time the suspect arrived. +61 confessions with details only the killer would know +40 direct confessions.
