Relatives regularly ask why I do it. “Whats the deal?” “Its a waste, a strange obsession.” It gives you the mental toughness and confidence to conquer all other spheres of life. When I walk into a room full of strangers men call me “cheif” “boss” “bossman”, women are kind and cooperative. People move for you. I get jobs, promotions. If I stop and lose size, this all goes away. Tell me its only vanity. It works. People respect big strong men, wont change.
