  6.  @dawn-blade  Hello friend. I cannot offer a magical fix or a solution that would turn your world around in a day. I feel for you and the torment your mind puts you through. While I was not your age when it happened, I have experienced similar thoughts of hopelessness and isolation. The advice I am going to give you might not be pleasant to hear, but what saved me was getting comfortable with being alone. I know that as humans we crave interaction and affection but from what I experienced I can tell you that no one will give these things to you willingly until you become one with yourself and make peace with who you are. The same goes for your inability to function within a professional environment. These moments you will spend alone will not be joyful. They might make your depression and isolation spiral. But you have to strike a pact with yourself and give your true inner side a chance. Once the turmoil that is within calms down, you will be able to go out in the world. It might take years, but the sooner you start the better. Once you feel ready, take some small steps and try to work for a non-profit for a few hours here and there, then get a part-time job etc. I also advise you to get counseling, some sort of therapy or potentially even medication to put you on the right path. As much as I believe in the power of the human brain there is something to be said about hormonal imbalances and the real weight it can put on our shoulders day in and day out. Your ultimate goal, however, should be to find your purpose. And it DOES NOT matter if it takes 1 week or 1 decade. Your entire life should be spent pursuing that ideal, so the time you spend figuring it out is irrelevant in the end. Once that purpose is established I guarantee you that life will start making sense. And no matter WHAT you hear, NEVER believe that there is no purpose. No one was put on this earth aimless, just like no one was put on this earth to be alone. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. It isn't going to be easy, but the simple fact that you found the strength to reach out for help has me convinced that you have what it takes to make it, for yourself and for others.
