Putin thinks he own the world, without doing good things for the people, but ask everything from them. At least someone should stand against this, because the more we accept... the further they go.If Putin made the people his friend no one would have screamed, but he made himself the enemy. It's hard to understand for people that don't live next to Russia, but for those that do there is that constant realization that you might be next. He wants political influence and when he doesn't get it he invades. As well that Putin tried to get political influence in other countries and he already has in some. There is a reason why certain countries want to be part of the European Union or NATO instead of having connections with Russia. It's not that they hate Russia. It's that Russia will take control of their countries without it being beneficial for the people. People want improvement. Putin ignores that. Countries have freedom to decide where they want to belong to and for what reasons. If Russia wasn't being a threat to Ukraine and other countries. They wouldn't have had the wish to become part of NATO. So his own behavior let to this, but of course he will never blame himself.

It's sad that you experience this. Personally I don't think Westerners have a bad image of Russians at least not where I live(or maybe its just me). I am European and never thought bad of Russian. In the media there is never anything negative about the Russian people and by the way they do show the Russians protesting if in case that is what is happening. I think there is a difference between being Western European and American maybe. I don't know how it's like in the USA, but here we have a book called:"most people are good peopl". There is no word about a specific country or people being different in that sense. We are all the same people with unique traits of our own. Most people are indeed good. I see people as individuals. I don't judge them for where they are from or what religion they have. I judge people for their actions. Their actions are those that matter. We see that Putin is not as religious as he claims that he is, because if he was... this all should not have happened. The actions are different from the image that he tries to create. He destroys Russia in a different way than he is destroying Ukraine. Putin is spreading a lot of hate about the West to the Russians. I am just happy that in our country this doesn't happen and. we try to be as objective as possible. We all know that things are not as simple as it might seem. Fighting against a leader like Putin is one of the most difficult things. He has built complete dominance in Russia. It's so frustrating. I just hate Putin. Because I only see the harm he does to his own country and those he is bullying and destroying because he wants to benefit from these countries in the future. He wants to control those countries and Moldova is maybe next. We as people should try to stay strong and show Putin how he is not capable of destroying us. We should show him who god really is. God will not destroy. God creates, loves and enjoys. It's the beauty of this world that is worth standing for. The good in people. I have watched the speeches Putin did and how he talks about the West. I think it does influence the way people look at Russia because of how he offends the West the way he does and also by almost saying that the West is all the same well in fact it is not, but I guess with this war there will always be people that will hate on the party on the other side. I have seen a Russian video where it says that all countries are being punished for not standing on the side of Russia als because of the natural disasters that have happened in certain countries. Which doesn't make sense because in my country we have nothing so their way of thinking is no logic, but I think Putin does this on purpose. It only creates more divide. I think that "westerners" see that there are inn fact people going to these events to speak hate about the West waving the flag. That is giving the wrong image. So indirectly it's Putins fault that this is all happening. The only thing we can do is try not to hate one another for whatever reason it might be.
