  2. You should never be looking for tge most expensive city. Thats the problem a lot of foreigners make is that they want to live in amsterdam. Thats literally the most populair and most expensive area so of course that means that the prices are high and not much availabke

  6. Well in fact they are building a lot of homes. But they arw just not finished and it took long because the building was standing still for some time. Also we have a lot of elderly people ... like a lot. Because be have the baby boomers after the second world war and besides to that a lot of foreigners come this way, which is fine but not a good idea. And yes we are also just a very small country. We are as big as New York city. We just dont have as much tall buildings as in New York. We maybe should built more of those in the future especially aroujd the cities. Also foreigners make the mistake to look in expensive areas for example Amsterdam. That is literally the most populair and expensive area to be looking for a home
