  1. I hope the multi-year program to get Ukraine F-16 and even F-35 squadrons started months ago. This has been and is likely to continue to be a multi-year war. Ukraine will need to have a very serious air force to deter Russia in the future. If we haven't started yet, then we need to get started now, be it English language tutoring for Ukrainian pilots or Russian/Ukrainian language tutoring for NATO instructors. There are a lot of Ukrainians in the US right now sharpening up their English skills while retaining their Russian/Ukrainian language skills. I know some.
