We know not all Hungarians vote for him.

Makes me wonder if they cannot get parts and/or technical assistance to maintain their systems.

@lewisdoherty7621 I suppose Russia has its key electric transmission substations defended. Moscow has at least six large transmission ties to the rest of the system, so it would be hard to put that city into a full outage. And they probably have plants in the city for backup. St. Petersburg is also tied in pretty well, although not as much as Moscow. But the grid in the oblasts adjacent to Ukraine and Crimea are much more vulnerable and taking them down might more usefully degrade Russian operations in Ukraine. The Russians might actually have to re-activate the captured ZNPP in that event, but those lines too could be taken out of service. The ZNPP does need auxiliary power to be kept safe. Ukraine knows they have to be careful.

Americans might want to see if their vehicle can use flex fuels, which use different percentages of corn ethanol with a little more octane added, e.g. E-15 with 15% ethanol and 88 octane. These fuels cost less and use American corn ethanol. There is an E-30 mix and an E-85, but make sure to use the fuel the car is rated for.

I cannot imagine how giving a speech in France is a priority for the House Speaker at this time. He must be meeting with other far-right Europeans to get the latest on undermining Ukraine. Why else would he be there?

Good news on the train. Trains from Russia to Ukraine need to be stopped. And Putin has to consider what happens to his popularity if Russian electric power becomes less reliable. Hope the Ukrainians got a lot of distributed generation projects completed over the spring, summer, and fall.
