  1. Europe needed to be weaned from its level of dependence on Russian resources. Supplies from other sources are now online. I think they shut down the trolls, too. It's more normal in here.

  2. I think you are right, that's part of it. Another part is tracking down all these companies without hurting the wrong people. This seems to have been in the works for awhile, and it had a dramatic effect.

  8. Good point. There's all kinds of things that can be done to help restore electricity in Ukraine, but the ones you mention can have a good local effect and can be too numerous to have them all destroyed. Electricity helps stabilize homes and lives. Good thinking.
