But decades of operating the Gulag Archipelago have developed a serious competency in Russia: the ability to establish and maintain a Ho Chi Minh Trail into Ukraine. However poor the troops, supplies, and equipment, it gets to the front. The daily capacity of this Ho Chi Minh Trail needs to be seriously reduced, or this just goes on and on. The Trail has been a subject of military science for decades. Ukraine should consult Vietnamese and US experts.
