@uswvme862 The 1994 Budapest Memorandum is an historical marker in the relationship between the UK, US, Russia and Ukraine. Russia has set it aside. Until recently, the other parties had not set it aside. The current US administration has set it aside, but strangely wants to be involved. It is time for the UK and any coalition of the willing in Europe and elsewhere to say "Thank you" to the United States and advise it that no agreement it makes with Russia will be binding on Ukraine or the coalition. If you value America First, then all this diplomatic energy can be terminated and funds redirected to the American people. I'm obviously not sure what your values are.
