  1. I sense a view that the capacity of our health care professionals and hospitals, and even the lives of tens of thousands of our fellow Floridians, are subordinate to "individual freedom." Whatever happened to the Republican principle of "personal responsibility", and the responsibility of businesses open to the public for public safety? This isn't just a few people dying before their time here. This is a mass casualty event including over 40,000 deaths and still to be discovered long term ramifications. Yes, it is hard to herd cats, but a Governor is obliged to try.
