  1. And now the State of Florida is in the business of counterintelligence? I thought that was the FBI's job. All of a sudden we have a staff of experienced counterintelligence professionals? Did we offer FBI agents higher salaries? Do we have some kind of State academy that trains agents now? Will the State make up the loss of out-of-State tuition payments when it cuts back on foreign enrollment? Will the State make up the loss of corporate donations to education? Will the State be telling retailers to stop selling mainland Chinese products? China is an empire to be very concerned about, but its the American appetite for more that often gets us into compromising situations. And will 50 separate counterintelligence agencies coordinate information? Wasn't that part of the problem that led to 9/11, nobody was connecting the dots? Looks like State officials expanding their job descriptions. Pass all the laws you want. What are you budgeting for these efforts?
