  1. I support an amendment capping the age one can serve in these high offices. I poll people on this subject and age caps offered range from 65 to 90. The younger the person polled the lower the age they propose. Older people cite themselves or others who they feel fit for office in their 80s. A cap of 90 would end some terms in office before leaving by death. I think this starts with State legislatures enacting age limits if they do not already have term limits. States with term limits could pass simple resolutions signaling to other States a willingness to go forward on this issue.
