  1. Join a movement to amend the Constitution. The higher the age cap the easier it probably would be to get passed. It might say one cannot be a candidate for a term in office in which they would reach 90 years of age. That would mean Dianne Feinstein would not be a Senator now, and I don't think she should be. The lower the age limit set, the harder it will be to pass the amendment. It is the intent of the Constitution that the Senate be older and wiser. The Amendment should also raise the age to be in the Senate, probably to something like 45 or 50. Same for the Presidency. Thirty was understandable in the 18th century. With longer average life spans and the complexity of the 21st century, I don't think it helps to elect less experience.
