Yes, indeed. They are often real martyrs. The whole families, even children, can be sent there to a concentration camp if for instance a Bible is found in a house. So horrible things happen there. But still there are Christians, in hiding, risking their lives everyday.

@user-qm7jw Welfare system or some shelters is often in such cases really not enough. Especially if someone has a family and home, but experienced there violence, mistreatment and abuse. These are often very difficult and sensitive cases, deeply hurting the mind and soul of a person, especially children and teenagers. So firstly, a proper understanding of such problems is needed. And material help in such cases is definitely not enough, when someone experienced bad things, was abused, has psychological problems and traumas resulting from this. And it's also very important that the society understands the suffering of such people, and do not stigmatise them for having such problems.
