  1. Marek Grechuta was really great. I love his songs, although they are so old (from times of my parents being young). He was not only a singer, but a poet, songwriter, composer (and also professionally he was an architect). He was just an outstanding person.

  2. React also to the song of Czesław Niemen titled "Strange is this world" (Dziwny jest ten świat). Niemen and this song of him was legendary. But You should listen to the Polish songs together with their lyrics being translated, so with the subtitles. The lyrics in many Polish songs are important to be able to really get the song, to feel it really, and also they are often beautiful.
