  1. Silicone are best. Get the PIAA refill in silicone. Cost 15 bucks. Simply replace the rubber with silicone. Done. Not sure if he mentioned it, but with a silicone blade, it coats your glass with its silicone so the water beads up like it has been waxed which helps big time. With such heavy beading of the water, even if your blade quits working, you can still see because of all the beading.
