Not it is not. It is pretty good though. It will leave a trail of black diesel up your drive way from drips. When working on it , people will know for weeks after as it is impossible to get the black off or you. You have to plug it in in winter for it to start. If you are in the mountains, it will not start. You are better off with this same car but the 280e version. Now.. That may be the best mercedes ever. Actually... The best mercedes ever is the 300e 1986-1988. Period!! Fantastic car!! Best ever!! 300ce is the coupe version also great!!

@nedkogenov5530 It can? Mine could not. I had the 300D turbo and the 300SD turbo. Even had them plugged in.. Heck.. Here in USA, in North Dakota they plug in gas cars there. You have no idea what you are talking about Petar.
