Also, there was no AIDS epidemic in the 1970s. There were also no home health aides at the time. They were called visiting nurses. If a foster parent were neglecting the health of HIV+ children, they'd be up on charges. What did we learn? You're a bot or just plain BSing. In either case, take your fake news elsewhere.
