@TheDonUrbas No. This is someone explaining why they're choosing to not engage with social media. In English. Not gibberish. If you have a substantive critique of what he's expressing, I'm willing to listen.

@TheDonUrbas Ok, well we're assumably listening to the same words, so I'm not understanding the disconnect. If the ideas as I'm expressing them aren't resonant, then what is it that you're hearing?

@TheDonUrbas I can speak to what was shown in this clip. In describing the need to get away from social media and focus on something else, he's engaging in putting one's house in order which is the idea behind the making the bed thing. This same sentiment would be expressed elsewhere as self-care. In the context of the original comment, this is control. If medication stops being therapeutic and becomes dangerous, detoxing oneself is controlling it. If social media makes you irritable or you get caught up in trolling, getting away from it is a conscious choice for personal order or health. Where is the fault? Where are these things not good ideas?
