LOL One group of people had little to no interest in tech for decades. It was literally maligned as "that white boy sht," laughed at and ridiculed. It wasn't until tech had some money behind it that suddenly there was this crying inequality. Stop. Equality is what everyone wants. That doesn't mean hire preference based on anything but skillset. It's funny that any time this comes up in any industry there's this false oppression narrative. Obviously other race groups have a lot of envy and jealousy issues going on. Nothing to hold them back for generations except themselves. Stay mad.
