  8.  @joekahno  I remember doing drills like that while in the service, I was young and all kitted out, they even forced me to wear my assault pack, to simulate more of a stress, heart rate up situation. Then after civilian life came, I do shot house drills with sim rounds for safety and I still come out smiling.
