  1. The moment people realize that its not education but funding then its when everything will change. The schools much like hospitals don't care, they all see money bags out of us. Every kid is a yearly fund that they get and all they have to do is push them through no matter what, their numbers detail what they get and if they get more money, perfect example look at Baltimore. Kids don't know left from right, can't read or math but they are graduating and the funding for the cities schools keep going up. So of course they will cover this up, the less infractions they have the better they can stay under the radar.
