  3. First gen NVG was quickly taken out because it made the soldiers look at demons, second gen NVGs fixed all of that and made them green. First gen were red.

  7.  @sectorseven07  no dude look it up the first NVG was made in the late 1930s then the Germans used it, the US started using NVGs in the 60s but the first ones were red tube lense then the higher ups decided to switch it to red because it was either cheaper because of self lighting, do the research don't just assume, then they went back to trying the red tubes again in 2021 but it didn't stick.
