I can tell you exactly how it happened, right before the hunting park exit there is the broad street exit most people because the construction causes that bottle neck and some people like to speed to get a better entry. The dude in the Honda cut the shooter and the shooter got mad shot at the guy left most likely using that exit, how would I know you might ask cause then people would've seen the guy spad flying because of the cameras after that first light, so the guy that got hit kept going and ended up in the hunting park exit.
