As long as these types of people are allowed in the streets no one is safe, I don't blame him if he goes out and finds them himself and does some street justice, then the parents will start the "He was a good kid, turning his life around," blah-blah-blah sooner or later people are going to fight back and clean the streets themselves since Krasner is more worried about his image and woke agenda.
